My fiancé and I went there today. Not thinking we were going to leave with a new truck. We were up front and honest about our situation with our old vehicle that we were doing a trading in with. The salesman and the finance manager were very understanding and helped us out to the furthest extent. I have always resented going to dealerships, But they made the process so easy, they explained everything, they made the process for us pain free. It honestly made me feel like I was sitting at a friend's house while we were waiting for the paperwork to be done. If we are ever in the market for a new vehicle again I can guarantee you that I will definitely be taking my business there first.

If you’re looking to make a deal that is bad for you and good for the dealer, this is the place for you! The staff was friendly, but completely unwilling to make a reasonable deal on a new vehicle purchase. The deal also took hours for them to refuse to do anything while I repeat what I am asking for multiple times. On top of all of that, the new car had hail damage but they weren’t going to budge on price because they were going to “fix” it. Full MSRP for a damaged car they received insurance money on? Yeah….. We ended up going out of state to another Chevy dealer to purchase the same model but with slightly more options for an even better price than what we were trying to get woodhouse to do! Saved us over $3K by walking out that door. Don’t let woodhouse pressure you into a bad deal. There’s plenty of Chevy dealers around and inventory everywhere. The negotiation on the purchase we did make at the other dealer was such a better experience compared to Woodhouse! I would not recommend attempting to buy a car from Woodhouse unless money is of no concern to you.

Woodhouse Missouri Valley is the only place I will take our vehicles for any kind of service work. They do an excellent job. Mark, the service advisor is the best!!

My chevy Suburban broke down and I was 10 hours away from home. My brakes stopped working on the highway. I was able to drive it to the dealership and they got me in right away and I was out the door a couple hours later. The staff was amazing. I highly recommend this location.

Our friend, whom we were traveling with, had a serious brake malfunction occurred in the highway. Very scary situation. Thankfully, once she arrived at the Woodhouse Chevy Car dealership, she was in good hands. They were very attentive, reassuring and reasonable in cost. Traveling from Ohio to South Dakota, this is the last thing you want happen. We sat for a bit while they drove to the next town for parts. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. Excellent customer, waiting room, and service crew. Very thankful for them.

It’s nice to see some dealerships still stand behind their products. I bought a used pickup from Woodhouse that had an engine problem that they weren’t aware of. Woodhouse paid my local dealership directly to have the truck inspected and repaired at no cost to me. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again.

My husband was traveling south on I 29 when he stopped for gas on his motorcycle he discovered he has a mechanical issue with his bike. He stopped here to see if they could help. They fixed up the lose nut and refused to accept payment for it. Thank you so much for saving the day for me and my husband and allowing him to continue his travel to where I was. You saved his life and our day
