Super happy with my buying experience on my used 2015 silverado. They moved on price and made it quick. The real impression was made 3 days later when there was an issue with my truck, derek brought me a loaner vehicle to my jobsite, took the truck back, fixed the faulty part, filled up my tank and had it ready in 2 hours. Free of charge! Not often i leave a review but being I got the truck as is they couldve told me tough luck. Shows some real integrity, thanks again!!

We had purchased a brand new Chevy ZR2 truck 3 weeks prior (we are from Missouri) and we were headed out for vacation with a 40 ft horse trailer when our new truck broke down on the interstate. Your Service Department did a great job of servicing my 2021 Denali Pickup. Billy Hoss was especially helpful and took care of all of my needs and concerns. I needed a repair that was covered by my Warranty Contract and also a Recall Repair that needed to be performed to check for any potential problems. Billy handled them quickly and was able to get all the needed Service performed in one day so that I didn't have to come back again. Great Job Woodhouse Service!

We recently swapped out our minivan into a Tahoe and couldn't have been more pleased with the communication and service. Bryan was great working to find the right vehicle for us and at the price point we were looking for, and Ryan in finance was extremely enjoyable to work with and helped us get to the best finance position for our family. They both were patient as we had a young child hanging with us at the dealership. We will come back her for our next vehicle.

If you’re looking to make a deal that is bad for you and good for the dealer, this is the place for you! The staff was friendly, but completely unwilling to make a reasonable deal on a new vehicle purchase. The deal also took hours for them to refuse to do anything while I repeat what I am asking for multiple times. My chevy Suburban broke down and I was 10 hours away from home. My brakes stopped working on the highway. I was able to drive it to the dealership and they got me in right away and I was out the door a couple hours later. The staff was amazing. I highly recommend this location.
Our friend, whom we were traveling with, had a serious brake malfunction occurred in the highway. Very scary situation. Thankfully, once she arrived at the Woodhouse Chevy Car dealership, she was in good hands. They were very attentive, reassuring and reasonable in cost.
