Chevy Blazer EV

Chevy has started to transform many of its gas-powered vehicles into electric models. One that has a lot of people talking is the Chevy Blazer EV. And while it won’t be available until sometime in 2023, if you’re curious about this model, here are some tidbits.

Great Driving Range

The Chevy Blazer EV will come in four trims: 1LT, 2LT, RS, and SS. They all have fantastic driving range, with the RS offering the most miles on a full charge:

  • 1LT – 247 miles
  • SS – 290 miles
  • 2LT – 293 miles
  • RS – 320 miles

SS Trim Performance

If you’re looking for a powerful and spry SUV, you’ll want the SS trim. It’s expected to pump out 557 horsepower, along with 648 lb-ft of torque. Plus, it will have a 0-to-60 mph time of under four seconds.

DC Fast Charging

You won’t have to sit very long at a DC fast charging station in order to get the battery juiced up. In just 10 minutes you can add 78 miles of driving range.

State-of-the-Art Features

Perhaps the most notable interior component of the Chevy Blazer EV is the huge 17.7-inch diagonal display for the infotainment system. An 11-inch digital driver’s gauge is standard in every model, along with a Wi-Fi hot spot, Android Auto™, and Apple CarPlay®.

There are also many built-in safety features, including lane keep assist, lane departure warning, and automatic emergency braking. Adaptive cruise control with a hands-free driving mode can be added as well.
